Return & cancellation order policy

Before your payment is done You can cancel your order whenever you want by contacting Customer Service Center. When the payment is already done, you have to contact to us to check the delivery process by email (princehanger@gmail.com) or phone 847.769.6693 because our delivery service team immediately embark their job in order to send the product to you as soon as possible, if the product is already sent, it will treated according to “The Exchange and Refund Policy” otherwise we can cancel your order and refund your payment.

 

The Exchange and Refund Policy

<Damaged goods> Even though we always double check the condition of every single product before we send, if there is a damage on the item, Princehanger.com will refund or exchange without any further payment.

<Returned Goods> We will refund the payment except all the postage fee when the product has been returned to us with reason as you did not contact to courier after first delivery had been failed (card left) to you. Checking your post box and contact courier is your responsibility after we mark the post icon posted. If the product has been returned to us as a result that Information you provide is incorrect We will refund the payment except the entire postage fee and 15% Service fee which is for repacking the product again that might be damaged while delivery.

Please Don’t Install before you make sure the height and width, It never be refunded or exchanged after installation because the item might be able to be damaged or scratched.

 

RETURNS POLICY DOA, damages in delivery or incorrectly delivered

If you receive any product that is dead on delivery, damaged during the delivery or incorrectly delivered, please contact our Customer Service Center by e-mail or telephone and return the product with suitable packaging (preferably with its original packaging) to prevent damage in delivering the product back to us.

We will also need you to provide the following details to enable us to efficiently deal with the situation:

1.your name, best contact telephone number, address and most importantly, your email address;

2. Invoice number and tracking number (it is appreciated if you could attach a copy of those with the return product);

3.item number; and 4.reason for return (please let us know your concern(s))

 

Upon receipt of the return product with your full details provided, we will supply you with a Return Authority (RA) Number by email.

We will test and repair the product, or in some circumstances, we may need to refer the product to the manufacturer for testing.

 

If the product is not DOA or damaged in delivery and in full working condition or any defect or damage was caused after you took delivery of the product, we will return the product to you. You will be invoiced the costs of testing the product and freight for the return of the product to you.

 

If the product is incorrectly delivered, you must return the product (preferably unopened) with suitable packaging to prevent damage in delivery. We will arrange for the correct product to be delivered to you, or you may arrange a refund with our Customer Service Center

 

Caution

1. This hanger system is designed to stand and hold out with its poles pressed against the floor/carpet and the ceiling.

Determine the place to install it where both the floor/carpet and the ceiling are robust enough to withstand the load and pressure from the poles.

2. A thicker pole or bar can contain a thinner one within and, if held open end down, let the thinner one slip out and fall down to hurt the feet or damage the floor underneath. So hold it properly when carrying or handling.

3. Before starting assembling, pull out the red check pin first that is placed below the one-touch button of the one-touch fastener.

4. Set the fixture components - such as bar brackets or shelf brackets – more than10 cm away down the upper pole-cap.

5. While the installation, Please keep out of the children.

6. After installation, Do not hang on and step on the product parts such as Cross bar, pants hanger, shelf, curtain rail, L- shaped hanger, tow-pronged hanger and any other parts for the safety reason.

7. After installation, Do not forcefully push and pull poles. It might be able to cause the collapse.

 

Not of Merchantable Quality, Not Fit For Intended Purpose, or Not Matching the Description Provided

If you receive any product that is not of merchantable quality, not fit for its intended purpose made known to us, or not matching the description provided, please contact our Customer Service Center by telephone or e-mail and return the product with suitable packaging (preferably with its original packaging) to prevent damage in delivering the product back to us.

We will also need you to provide the following details to enable us efficiently deal with the situation:

1.your name, best contact telephone number, address and most importantly, your email address;

2. Invoice number and
tracking number (it is appreciated if you could attach a copy of those with the return product);

3.item serial number; and
4.reason for return (please let us know your concern(s)) Upon receipt of the return product with your full details provided, we will supply you with a Return Authority (RA) Number by email. We will arrange for testing, repairing or replacement of the product, or you may arrange a refund with our Customer
Service Center. WARRANTY

 

Warranty

• Warranty period of this product is 1 year from the date of purchasing.

 

Please note that, with the breakdown or malfunction due to the following causes, you will have to pay for the maintenance expenses even during the warranty period: 1. failure to comply with the safety instructions of this manual. 2. careless handling or misuses by the users 3. natural calamities such as fire, flood, earthquake, etc.

 

• We are happy to honor a replacement or refund should you receive a defective item from us. You must notify us within 14 days of receipt of goods for returns to be accepted. If returning package please consult us first to make arrangements, returns policy only applies to technical failure of equipment.

 

• Goods that have been damaged, dropped or miss-used are not under warranty. If returning goods under warranty for replacement this wills only be done if all the original packaging & accessories are intact and not damaged.

 

• All products sold are with warranty unless otherwise stated. If the product is found faulty after delivery, please contact us to arrange return of the product. Please provide us with the following details when you contact us:

1.your name, best contact telephone number, address and most importantly, your email address;

Upon receiving the product, we will provide with you a Return Authority (RA) Number by email. We will arrange for testing, repairing, or replacement of the product, or you may arrange with our Customer Service Center for a refund.

 

If after testing we find that the product is not faulty or damaged and any fault was caused by you, we will return the product to you and invoice you the processing fee and freight costs to return the product to you.

 

Please note that during the testing process your data may be lost, or damaged, or destroyed. It is your responsibility to backup all of your data and programs before returning the product to us. We will not take any responsibility for any loss of data or installed programs.

 

• All warrantees are voided if returned product is found in any way to be mishandled, mis-installed, modified, tampered, abused or physically damaged etc.
